Product Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Include all original tags, labels, and accessories.

3. Return Period You have 30 days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Damaged or broken items will not be accepted, except items with manufacturer defects.
  • Products with the slightest sign of use.

5. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team through the Contact form to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to send your package.

6. Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning their items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • The time it takes for your refund to be processed may vary depending on your payment provider.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

9. Exchanges

In each case, we analyze and evaluate personally following the client’s needs and our capability.

10. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
