Shipping and Delivery Rules

General Rules

1. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Except backorders). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. If you haven’t received an email with tracking information, please check your mail spam folder.
3. Customs and Import Duties: Customers are responsible for customs and import duties or fees. We advise checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order. If you have assistance establishing rules and regulations regarding customs, feel free to contact us.
4. Destinations. As we sell globally, we have established specific countries and regions where can’t ship due to strict rules, regulations, and laws. That applies not to all products. Therefore, if you don’t see your country, region, or union, in the list below, please feel free to contact us.
5. Shipping costs. We use several shipping companies to deliver products. Therefore, you can choose a shipping fair regarding your needs. Shipping costs range from 3.99 euros depending on transportation and delivery speed. Due to specific products, on some occasions, we choose forwarders to be sure, the products will reach their destination.

European Union (EU)

2. Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-5 business days.
3. Restrictions: Certain gun parts may be restricted or require special permits. Customers must ensure they comply with local laws and regulations.
4. VAT and Duties: All orders which you already placed within the EU include VAT (added to the cart following the specific country’s VAT rate). Just so you know, no additional duties should apply. On product page it shows price VAT excluded and VAT rate of your country of destination will be added during checkout.

United States (USA)

1. Shipping Methods: We offer standard and express shipping options across the USA.
2. Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days, express shipping takes 2-4 business days.
3. Restrictions: Compliance with federal, state, and local laws is the customer’s responsibility. Certain parts may require a Federal Firearms License (FFL) or other permits. Most of our products do not require specific licenses and permits.
4. State-Specific Regulations: Some states have additional restrictions on gun parts (e.g., California, and New York). Verify regulations before purchasing.

United Kingdom (UK)

4. VAT and Duties: Due to Brexit we do not collect VAT any longer. You need to pay VAT with shipping carrier or with you local custom. Additional import duties and fees may apply.

Special Considerations

2. Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
3. Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Hazardous Materials: Certain items may be classified as hazardous materials and may have restrictions on air shipping. Ground shipping will be used for these items.
